There is a file called "PAYROLL" containing fields Employee code (EDODE, numeric, 4), name (NAME, character 20) basic pay (BASIC, numeric,8) grade (GRADE, character, 15), number of years of service (NYS, numeric, 2). Write a dBASE program to print a payroll report showing employee code, name, basic pay, dearness allowance (DA) house rent allowance (HRA), Bonus (BON), Gross Pay (GP), provident fund (PF), net pay (NP) for each record where DA is calculated as follows :

BASIC
D.A
Up to 5,000
5,001 - 6,500
6,501 onwards

120%
100%
80%

HRA is calculated @15% of basic pay or Rs. 1000 whichever is less.

PF is calculated @10% of basic pay if number of years of service exceeds 2 years otherwise it is zero.

Bonus is calculated @20% of basic pay only when basic pay is less than Rs. 4500 otherwise bonus is zero.

Gross Pay = Basic pay+ Dearness Allowance + House Rent + Bonus

Net Pay = Gross Pay Provident Fund.
